Club presidents

Brian Ramsey

Co-President & Conference co-chair

Brian is a WECC Co-President as well as a Co-Chair for the Conference. Prior to Wharton, he spent six years at Deloitte Consulting's natural resources practice in Washington, D.C. focusing on hydrogen, solar, and grid infrastructure projects. He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Mack Radin

President

Mack is a Wharton MBA 2025 candidate focusing on scaling climate technology. Prior to Wharton, he worked in management consulting, supporting clients in industries across tech and the energy transition. At Wharton, he has interned at ARPA-E and Kodama Systems. He earned a BA in Economics and English Literature from Williams College.

Stefanie Lee

President

Stefanie is a Wharton MBA 2025. Prior to Wharton, she worked in infrastructure investment banking in Australia, working on M&A and development deals in wind, solar, waste and transmission. This summer, she interned at Partners Group in the infrastructure investing team. She holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder.

Olga Belyanina

Conference co-chair and VP, Treks

Olga is a Co-Chair for the 2024 Energy & Climate Conference. She previously worked in VC focused on sustainability and supply chain investments and at startups across enterprise software and built environment decarbonization. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Siddharth Challani

Siddharth is a 2nd-year MBA student and Co-Chair for the Conference. Before Wharton, he spent four years as an electrical engineer developing consumer lighting products. After graduation, he hopes to work on deploying energy storage and microgrids to make the electrical grid more resilient.

Atessa Farzami

VP, DEI

Atessa is a Wharton MBA 2025 candidate focusing on sustainability and public policy. Prior to Wharton, she worked in municipal financial advisory and budget consulting in Philadelphia. This summer she interned with the National Park Service in Las Vegas.

Shreya Agarwal

VP, DEI

Shreya is a second year MBA student majoring in Finance. Prior to Wharton, she was a founding member for an electrolyzer manufacturing start-up in the green hydrogen space in India. At Wharton, she is interested in energy infrastructure investing, industrial decarbonization and energy security for emerging economies. For the summer of 2024, she interned at BCG in Boston. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Caitlin French

VP, professional development

Caitlin is a second-year Wharton MBA candidate focusing on energy and finance. Prior to Wharton, she worked at McKinsey in London, focused on digital transformation and the energy transition. She interned at NextEra Energy in the Hydrogen team. Her background is in Physics at Oxford University.

Will McGuirk

VP, professional Development

Will is a second-year Wharton MBA candidate. Prior to Wharton, he worked in M&A strategy consulting at Accenture in New York City. While at Wharton, he interned in PJT Partners Strategic Advisory Group. He holds a BS in Biology from Georgetown University.

Taylor Dayton

VP, finance

Taylor is a 2nd-year MBA student studying Finance and Real Estate. Prior to Wharton he worked in construction project engineering ExxonMobil and in Capital Analytics at McKinsey. While at Wharton, he interned at NextEra Energy Resources in Hydrogen Project Development. He grew up in Utah, spent two years volunteering in the French West Indies, and gained a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2018.

Tara Smith

VP, marketing

Tara is a second-year MBA student focusing on energy and finance. Prior to Wharton, she worked in management consulting across sectors including energy, utilities, consumer, and others at Bain & Co. While at Wharton, she interned at Acciona & Nordex Green Hydrogen on the development team.

Josh Racine

VP, Social

Josh is a second-year Wharton MBA candidate studying Finance and Business, Energy, Environment, and Sustainability. Prior to Wharton, Josh worked as a consultant in Bain & Company's New York office where he covered multiple industries, including energy infrastructure. At Wharton, Josh worked as an external consultant for a utility-scale battery manufacturer and interned at ESG Flo, an ESG compliance software startup.

Ian Miller

VP, podcast production

Ian is a Wharton MBA 2025 candidate and podcast host for the Wharton Current. Before his MBA, Ian spent four years at Avascent and Oliver Wyman in Washington D.C., where he consulted for clients in sectors such as solar photovoltaics, battery energy storage, microgrids, climate data satellites, and more. At Wharton, he also serves as a Co-President of the Finance Club. He earned an AB from Harvard University.

Saahil Madge

VP, treks (san francisco)

Saahil is an MBA '25 student focused on climate (specifically power grid interconnection) and entrepreneurship. Prior to Wharton he worked at Palantir for 7 years as a project lead across a variety of industries including retail, aviation, and defense. He holds a BSE in Computer Science from Princeton University.

Shimmy Cohen

VP, TREKS (SAN FRANCISCO)

Shimmy is a second-year Wharton MBA focused on Climate Tech and helping startups scale. Prior to Wharton, Shimmy worked in finance at Moody's and at a growing Series A FinTech startup in NYC. He holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University.

Talya Yoshpe

VP, treks (new york city)

Talya is a 2nd-year MBA focusing on Finance and Energy. Before Wharton, she spent three years investing in startups and promoting innovation on behalf of the government, where she focused on the climate space. After graduation she hopes to invest in early stage climate tech startups.

Jason Togut

VP, TREKS (Washington, d.c.)

Jason is a Wharton MBA 2025 candidate majoring in Finance and pursuing a MA in International Studies at Lauder. Before Wharton, Jason worked at the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and is passionate about the energy transition. He holds a BA in International Relations and East Asian Studies from Brown University.

Happy hours, small group dinners, and parties

We love getting together to hang out. We've hosted everything from subsidized happy hours to rock climbing events, lunch and learns, golf simulator nights, and coffee meet-ups in the park.

We have 2Ys who have worked and interned in every possible type of energy & climate job who would love to help you recruit. Our alumni network reaches out to the club to share job opportunities that don't get posted elsewhere. We have an extremely involved and active alumni network (at places like Orsted, NextEra, Form, Redwood Materials, Goldman Sachs’ ENR group, etc).
